About the BACH® Remedies

A natural way to balance emotions

With so much going on around us, it’s easy to feel overwhelmed from time to time. Using BACH® ORIGINAL FLOWER REMEDIES, you can balance your emotions and fulfill your potential in a completely natural way.

The remedies were developed in the 1930s by Dr. Edward Bach, a physician and homeopath who believed that the key to overall health was to care for the mind as well as the body. He spent his life exploring the use of flowers and plants as a means of promoting emotional wellbeing. In total, he identified 38 natural remedies, each one derived from a different wild flower, plant or tree, and each corresponding to a different emotional state.

Dr. Bach categorized the remedies in seven groupings, to help people choose the right remedy for their individual concerns. While we continue to use the original groupings, the names have been modernized to make it easier for you to identify the remedy you need:

Original group name

New group name

Fear    Face Your Fears
Uncertainty    Know Your Mind
Insufficient interest in present circumstances    Live the Day
Loneliness    Reach Out to Others
Oversensitivity to influences and ideas    Stand Your Ground
Despondency and despair    Find Joy & Hope
Overcare for the welfare of others    Live & Let Live

Our complete system is designed to assist you in understanding and balancing your emotions through an individual and personal approach. The remedies may be taken individually, or you can choose a combination of remedies to create your own personal blend that works in harmony with your body.
