How many Bach® remedies can I mix at one time?

Did you know that it is possible to tailor a mix of flower remedies at once to help improve your emotional balance?

Dr. Edward Bach saw thousands of people over a number of years. With his remedies he helped normal people just like you overcome some of their daily emotional challenges. According to his writings, the 38 remedies each associate to an emotional demand, and together he believed they cover the entire spectrum. Dr. Bach would often tailor mixes of remedies, recommending up to 7 remedies combined into a personal mix. (Learn more about Dr. Bach here.)

You can use the Remedy Chooser for guidance on a personal remedy mix for you, or arrange an appointment with a Registered Bach® Practitioner to help guide you.

When things happen that negatively rock your world you might feel like you want more than 7 remedies. While it is safe to take numerous Bach® Original Flower Remedies at once, it’s also important to deal with various issues separately. Once you address the main ones, you may well see that you no longer have to deal with others, as key negative emotions often trigger others.

Ask yourself: Which emotions are the most prominent at the moment? Which ones need addressing today and not last week? Which remedies can help me now? Deal with the pertinent issues first and then once you have those feelings in check you’ll be able to move on and assess any other underlying issues that may still be negatively affecting how you feel overall.
