Taking Bach Remedies

How to take the 38 Flower Remedies

Bach™ Original Flower Remedies are 38 essences derived from flowers and plants. Rediscover your inner sense of peace and balance your emotions. The complete system of 38 essences capture the positive potential of the plants they’re from.

The essences come in handy, portable dropper bottles – be sure to look out for the original Bach signature on the label.

The essences are easy and gentle to use and can be tailored to your own needs and preferences. Each essence corresponds to a specific emotion. You can use them individually, or create your own combination using up to seven essences.

Using a single essence:

Put 2 drops into a drink of your choice, and sip regularly. Alternatively, you may place two drops of undiluted essence under your tongue and repeat as necessary.

Using multiple essences:

Add 2 drops of each essence (up to a maximum of 7 essences) into a mixing bottle with some water. Take 4 drops 4 times a day. A teaspoon of cider vinegar or brandy may be added to the remedy as a preservative.

Ready-to-use 30ml mixing bottles are available from your Bach Flower Remedies stockist.

All Bach Original Flower Remedies contain alcohol as a preservative and therefore may be unsuitable for some people.
