Vegan on-the-go smoothie
I find many smoothies fill me up fast but then I feel hungry again equally quickly, so this is my go-to, slow-release concoction that will keep you feeling full for longer. I love oat milk, but you can use any plant milk.
MAKES 1 PORTION
- 500 ml (17 floz/2 cups) Oat Milk or other plant milk
- 1 handful of frozen blueberries
- 1 medjool date, pitted
- 1 tablespoon oat bran
- 1 teaspoon hemp hearts
- 1 tablespoon peanut butter
BOOSTER
- 1 teaspoon flaxseed oil
Put all the ingredients into a blender and blitz until you have a smooth beauty on your hands. Drink straight away or take it along with you to work.
