Make It Yourself Matcha Latte

What is ASMR?

Autonomous Sensory Meridian Response (ASMR) is a trend that is sweeping the nation. ASMR videos are used by many as a way to relax and switch off from the chaos of day to day life.

We have created some videos which have been specifically designed to  trigger an ASMR response from viewers (if you are lucky you might even get a tingle at the back of your head or down your spine). So sit back with some headphones and take a moment to enjoy our videos!

Bach Senses ‘Make It Yourself’

Did you know the ingredient Matcha has traditionally been used to calm the mind and relax the body?

Matcha Latte

  • Matcha Powder
  • Whisk (wooden Matcha Whisk if possible!)
  • Milk (you can use a variety of milk types, including semi-skimmed, soya, oat etc)
  • Bach Original Flower Remedies – White Chestnut

Begin by mixing two teaspoons of matcha powder with approximately 150ml of hot water.

Note: this is a guide as matcha powder strength differs per brand, so please also refer to on-packet instructions here.

Gently stir using the wooden matcha whisk (if you do not have one, you can blend using a standard kitchen whisk) until all clumps of powder have been dissolved into the liquid. Pour the mixture into a mug of your choice.

Tip: matcha lattes look great in clear glass cups!

Add warmed milk to fill the mug or to taste. For best results, heat milk with a milk frother but if you do not have one, you can also heat using a saucepan. Be careful to not exceed 65°C.

Combine the milk and matcha powder liquid in your mug. As you practice, it can be fun to experiment with latte art and milk patterns!

Next, add the special ingredient from Bach Original Flower Remedies – two drops of White Chestnut.

Stir into your latte, ready to drink!
