Can Bach® essences be added to water?
The essences can be taken straight from the bottle or they can be added to water to drink throughout the day.
The essences are easy to take, either alone or with another drink.
For immediate use you can take the essences undiluted, direct from the stock bottle. Just drip two drops on your tongue, and repeat as necessary.
If you prefer to take your essence over a longer period of time, add two drops of each chosen essence into a drink of your choice and sip at intervals as required.
Bach® Original Flower Remedies can be combined with up to six other essences. If you are mixing essences, first add 2 drops of each essence (maximum 7 essences) into a mixing bottle with some water. Then when you would like to take your combination essence, either use your mixing bottle directly or add to water.
You can take Bach® Original Flower Remedies as often as you require.
